Who Are We?
is a social, professional, and friendly network of Latino individuals working in the hospitality industry who aspire to excel professionally and nurture business relationships.
Our goal is to create a nurturing environment for all Latino meeting professionals, fostering the exchange of ideas and learning to embrace the concept of living our lives in color. Through unique events and professional relationships, we will ultimately enhance our passion for excellence.

was created as an answer to the rapidly changing face in America and the understanding that reaching Latinos goes beyond language. The Latino population currently represents more than 42 million or 14% of the US population with a projected growth of 48 million by 2010. In 2005, the Latino buying power was estimated at $736 billion and it is projected that it will reach $1087 billion by 2010.

- Latino meeting planners
- Planners working in a Latino organization
- Planners who organize meetings in Latin American countries
- Professionals whose meeting planning is not on the job description but who plan meetings or events (assistants, etc.)
- Students who want to enter the hospitality industry who are Latino or aspire to work in Latino organizations
